Lauren is an award-winning teaching artist, actress, director, choreographer and private coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

She has at teaching credential in Theatre and has taught acting, voice, dance, musical theater, and improvisation in theaters and schools across the country. Locally, she has served as a teaching artist at the Young Conservatory @ A.C.T. for 8 years where she received the 2012 Distinguished Artist Mentor Award. Lauren is currently the founding Director of Theater Programs at St. Joseph Notre Dame High School and a faculty member at Contra Costa College. She has also taught at Marin Theater Company, Diablo Theatre Company, Berkeley Playhouse, and Town Hall Theatre Company. Her students have consistently been admitted to the most competitive theater programs in the country. 

Bay Area acting, directing and choreography credits include CalShakes, Ray of Light Theater (BATCC Award- Choreography), OMG! I Love That Show Productions (TBA Award Nominee), California Conservatory Theater, Contra Costa Civic Theater, Contra Costa Music Theater, New Conservatory Theater Center, Ross Valley Players, Berkeley Playhouse, B Street Theater, Woodminster Summer Musicals and Town Hall Theatre Company (Shellie Award Nominee). Lauren received a 2020 Shellie Award for Contribution to the Arts fo her work as Board President of Town Hall Theatre Company. 

Lauren is a graduate of Idyllwild Arts Academy, holds a BA in Theater Education and Musical Theater Performance (cum laude) from Emerson College and an MA in Theatre (summa cum laude) from Regent University.
